Lumara Returns & Refund Policy
At Lumara, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note: Returns must be approved before sending. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used personal care products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Request a return
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.
Items must still be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund
